Our structural timbers are supplied in hardwood and softwood options suited to framing, load-bearing applications and multi-stage commercial construction. Materials are available in F17 to F27 grades and treated to H3, H4 or H5 with CCA or ACQ, supporting strength, durability and performance across varied site conditions. Bulk pack options are available for projects requiring reliable volumes and coordinated delivery to keep construction sequencing on track.

Compliance & Technical Assurance

All structural timbers can be supplied with the documentation required for commercial and government projects. This includes treatment specifications, engineered grading details, material data sheets, chain-of-custody information and certifications such as Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), Forest Management Certification (FMC) and Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) where applicable. Documentation confirming compliance with Australian Standards, including AS/NZS 1748 for structural products, is also available to support fast engineering checks and approval processes.

Project Overview

Nestled in the heart of the Daintree National Park, this cultural tourism hub celebrates the heritage of the Eastern Kuku Yalanjiwarra people; a build that required both structural robustness and aesthetic timber finish for a remote, environmentally sensitive location.

Key Challenge

The site’s remoteness introduced logistics hurdles (low capacity bridges, restricted road access) while the tropical climate demanded timber that could resist high humidity, termite risk and intense exposure, all while hitting the build schedule.

Our Solution

We delivered F14 structural hardwood treated to H3, across an array of sizes and lengths pre checked for quality and consistency. Logistics were carefully staged; shipments split across multiple trucks to meet road load limits while still aligning with installation sequencing. Every piece met AS 1720.1‑1997 for timber structures.
